Michael B. Leban, PE
Michael is a registered civil engineer with over 15 years experience in engineering design, construction management and commercial/residential inspections. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1984. Michael has performed hundreds of engineering investigations, structural integrity evaluations, home and commercial property inspections in the Greater Atlanta area, ranging from new construction to structures over 100 years old.

Michael is highly regarded in the Atlanta real estate industry and has developed a reputation for thorough, common sense approaches to structural and inspection issues. His expertise is in evaluating the structural integrity of older properties, which takes a thorough understanding of structural issues and a strong dose of common sense. He is commonly called on to review inspection reports from other inspectors and render his opinion as to the validity of issues.

Michael is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) as a CABO One & Two Family Dwelling Inspector, and has passed the prestigious National Home Inspector Examination. Michael has designed and taught Continuing Education classes to Georgia Real Estate Agents.

Kevin S. Wade - Senior Project Engineer
Kevin has over five years experience performing engineering & structural investigations of residential and commercial properties, phased new construction inspections, and comprehensive home inspections including synthetic (EIFS) and hard coat stucco. He has performed thousands of home and stucco inspections throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Kevin is an expert in identifying structural issues in residential homes and the CABO Codes for new construction.

Kevin is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) as a CABO One & Two Family Dwelling Inspector, and has passed the prestigious National Home Inspector Examination. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a masters degree from Georgia State.

Michelle E. Walcott - Office Administrator
Michelle is responsible for all office and scheduling activities.  She has been with Leban Engineering & Home Inspection since 1997 and understands your needs. Michelle excels at coordination with our clients and their real estate agents.  She is the point of communication with our inspectors and ensures that information flows smoothly.
